WWDC 2012 has unveiled new retina-loving Macbooks and iOS 6 with its 200 new features, but interestingly the event at Moscone Center in San Francisco revealed Apple’s plan to offer Siri personal assistant service soon in your car —-according to Apple’s CEO Tim Cook.
Cook highlight the plan to bring Siri to your car within the next 12 months, by that time you’ll be able to push a button on the steering wheel through a voice command instructed to Siri personal assistant.
Now except Ford who’s been tied with SYNC and Microsoft, BMW, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Audi, Toyota, Chrysler and Honda have signed for their cars to support Siri.
I just wish Siri can turn cars to be like Knight Rider’s KITT, that will be awesome!
