2012 JE DESIGN Widebody Audi Q7 S-Line

JE Design GmbH, a German car tuning manufacturer has released a sportier and more aggressive tuning kit for the Audi Q7 S-Line. This includes a wider body kit, 22-inch SUV Select and SCORPIO alloy wheels, performance enhancements and lowering module.

For the bodywork kit, JE Design engineers glued the high-class wheel arches to the bodywork which widens the car by 30mm per side at the front and 40mm per side at the rear. The fender extensions on the rear axle with their vent holes give the Audi Q7 S-line a sportier look. The bodywork also include front-spoiler corners, a PDC-suitable (Park Distance Control) rear-apron extension, and two JE DESIGN double-tailpipe covers, all of which are made from highly polished stainless steel in an attractive diamond-shape design. Furthermore, a dynamic roof wing with side covers above the C pillars also adds sporty appeal of the Audi Q7 S-Line. This complete styling package, including tailpipe covers costs 7,438 euros.

To give Audi S-Line with more aggressive look on the road, JE Design filled the wheel arches under the broad fenders with single-part 10 x 22 inch SUV Select alloy wheel rims with five-spoke design. These wheels are available in three different color schemes (matte-black, front silver matte / shadow silver, front polished / graphite matte, polished lip) and are fitted with 295/30R22 tires.

On the other hand, the new JE Design complete wheel set SCORPIO is also available in 10 x 22 inches. These wheels feature a double-spoke design and are also available in the size 9 x 20 inches in matte-black with polished-silver rim flange.

Both 22-inch complete wheel sets cost 5,190 euros, but for an additional 409 euros, JE Design will installs 30mm thick (front) and 40mm thick (rear) wheel spacers under the expansive wheel-arch extensions of the widebody kit.

Complementing these mammoth wheels, JE Design offers an electronic adaptive air suspension system which can lower the car by around 35mm with five different damping modes; automatic, comfort, dynamic, lift, and off-road. The suspension system costs 1,428 euros.

JE Design offers numbers of performance enhancement modules for the various engines of the Audi Q7 Facelift. For the Audi Q7 4.2 TDI tiptronic’s, the output power is increased from the standard 335hp to 405hp and the maximum torque to 895Nm. This increased in power enables the Audi Q7 S-Line to sprint from 0 – 62mph in just 6.1 seconds, thanks to JE DESIGN new control-system software. The software costs 1,499 euros which include a one-year guarantee for the engine, turbocharger, transmission, and drive train, which can be extended by a further year for just 199 euros, provided the Audi Q7 is not older than two years and has less than 100,000 kilometers on the clock.
