A special event was held last February at the El Toro Air Station in Irvine, California where the first 20 units of the 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS have been delivered all at the same time to their respective owners.

This event which was headed by Andreas Preuninger, the Manager of High Performance Cars for Porsche was held to familiarize the owners with their new Porsche 911 GT2 RS with the help of Porsche driving instructors.

The 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS is powered by a 3.6L flat six with twin, variable-geometry turbochargers producing a total of 620-hp. It uses a 6-speed manual gearbox and with its weight of 3,020 lbs, it can sprints from 0-60 mph in just 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 205 mph.

Price for the 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS starts at $245,000.
