There is a report that Bugatti has won approval from Volkswagen AG to build the Bugatti 16C Galibier Sedan adding up to its lineup by 2013.

The Bugatti 16C Galibier Concept which first debuted in 2009 was one of the several concepts that Bugatti is considering for future production. And according to the report, its production will cost around $1.4 million.

The Bugatti 16C Galibier Concept is powered by a two-stage supercharging 8.0L 16-cylinder engine with flex-fuel compatibility allowing it to run on ethanol. It rides on a four-wheel-drive system and features ceramic brakes and a new suspension design that enables “agile, always-sure handling of a saloon of this size.”
