Celebrating its debut at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show is Lexus‘s new performance package, the Lexus LFA Nurburgring Package which offers a more track-focused performance.

Its 4.8-liter V10 engine has been revised to achieve a 10 hp increased in power summing up to 562-hp. Lexus LFA Nurburgring Package also received additional Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) aerodynamic components which greatly help on achieving 0-62 mph sprint in just 3.7 seconds. These CFRP components include a larger front spoiler, fin-type side spoilers, a canard fin and a fixed rear wing. And to improve handling, the suspension is tuned up and lowered by 10 mm.

Production of the Lexus LFA has been underway since December and is limited to only 50 units which are available in matte black, black, white or orange exteriors complemented with black and red, black and purple and all-black finished interiors.

A one-to-one driving tuition from a Nurburgring chief instructor and a year’s pass to enjoy the cars on the Nordschleife circuit will be offered to those who will purchase the LFA Nurburgring Package.
