At the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, Aston Martin completes their sporting GT line-up with the two new models based on the VH architecture sitting between the elegant DBS and the sporty DB9, the Aston Martin Virage and the Aston Martin Virage Volante

Aston Martin Virage and Virage Volante is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine producing 490-hp and 420 lb-ft of torque. To achieve a perfect 50:50 weight balance, the carbon fibre prop shaft is mated to a 6-speed Touchtronic II transmission mounted on the transaxle.

Both models are installed with the new Adaptive Damping System (ADS) capable of reading the road for best road holding and adapting to different road challenges. Along with it, is the Carbon Ceramix Matrix (CCM) brakes that offers superb stopping power.

Body components were made from Aston Martin’s own srtong but light bonded aluminium inspired from the aerospace industry which offers a great weight reduction for better efficiency.

As for the interior, both models received 70 man hours of expert craftmanship and installed with high-tech goodies including a heated seats, cruise control, satellite navigation, Bluetooth telephone preparation and the powerful 700W Aston Martin Premium Audio System with Dolby® Pro Logic II® and full iPod® integration.
