The UK car market continues to recover, according to the latest figures from Britain’s leading auto trade associations, meaning that if you’re in the market for a car, you’re not in as bad a position as you may have been this time last year. March marked the 13th consecutive month that has seen a rise in sales – although the number of cars sold still remains below the levels seen before the recession hit the UK. Jaguar F-TYPE debuted at Goodwood Festival of Speed [Videos]

Jaguar have just revealed a prototype of F-TYPE on its camouflage for its initial public debut at the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Those car enthusiasts in the event had the chance to witness the roaring power of Jaguar’s new supercharged 3.0L V6 engine. The new engine is capable of producing wheel power of 375hp and 339 lb-ft of torque. And for your ultimate F-TYPE experience, there’s a word that the company will be also fitting a much powerful —-supercharged V8 engine that can run the new flagship at blazing power of 542-hp. Interestingly, Jaguar will be unveiling the F-TYPE later this year, curtains down on its official aesthetics and specs under-the-hood.
