When people fail to take care and behave in expected manners, thereby causing harm to another, they may be held liable for their negligence. For example, if a commercial truck driver doesn’t get enough rest between trips and resulting in an accident, he or she may be liable for not adhering to federal guidelines for truck drivers. The trucking company may also be held liable for not ensuring time between runs is adequate. Any driver who engages in such negligent behaviors as speeding, driving while drunk or are being distracted by digital devices may also be held liable for their actions if they cause personal injury to another. Ferrari has just unveiled its latest one-off model —-the F12 TRS at Ferrari Cavalcade an annual driving tour around Italy exclusive for its clients. 2015 Ford Mustang new air bag technology

Japanese carmakers Toyota, Honda and Nissan have just added millions of vehicles to the recall they issued last year over a defect in passenger airbags supplied by Takata Corp. The affected vehicles have a defective part which “could cause the airbag inflator to rupture and deploy the airbag abnormally in a crash”. And Ford is making sure that this would not be a cause of any recall but ultimately they will be debuting a new airbag technology to go on with its 2015 Mustang later this year.
